Addie Sue Toole

Addie Sue Toole, age 74, of Warsaw, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Providence Healthcare Center in Warsaw. She was born in Owen County the daughter of the late Forsee Lee and Ama Martin Jackson. She was a former nurse at Owen County Memorial Hospital and then was Dr. Cull's nurse for 28 years before retiring from the V.A. Hospital as a health technician. Survivng are her husband, Louis Garland Toole; her sons, Mark Garland (Sandy) Toole and Michael Lynn Toole and her daughter Susan Michelle Toole. Three grandchildren, Lauren (Jason) Anderson, Heather (Tink) Haydon and Tyler Toole also survive. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 to 2 at the Main Street location with the funeral at 2 PM. Burial will follow in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Gallatin Health Care Activities Fund.
